ownership transfer status - past due no update
I have a laptop which is purchased in the US. The warranty has expired. I want to transfer the ownership from US to India. For this, I followed the necessary instructions in this website and duly filled all the details.
This was done on the Oct 8 and have not received any mail or notification regarding the update. I want this transfer urgently as I need to get the laptop repaired for work. Can anyone please help me here?
