I requested for the ownership transfer to India on 26-07-2019 and my service tag no is ,Till now I don't get any response regarding to it. please solve my problem as soon as possible

Thank you for your message. For a system to be eligible for an international transfer, the system must meet 2 conditions.

  1. The system must have a Premium onsite warranty
  2. The system model must be released in the region you are moving to.

As per the service tag shared, the system has a basic depot warranty, which is not available in India. You can get the ownership transferred (name transfer) but not the warranty, you will not be able to claim warranty & will have to pay for any service.
