"My Products and Services" shows no products
Previously, I had about fifty service tags listed under "My Products and Services", but now the list shows empty. I can still see my tags if I export the data to a CSV file. I've tried communicating with the web team about this problem but after the initial "thank-you for contacting Dell" e-mail, I've heard nothing.
Dell, why is your web team *ignoring* its customers?
