The Dell retail registration page says: If you bought a Dell product on eBay or Amazon, additional details may be requested to complete the transfer.
If you are not able to provide the information requested, then the warranty can not be transferred from the previous owner to you.
Please contact Amazon for your invoice details so that you can forward that to the Dell Warranty department. Thanks.

few days back i posted my grievance on this site. i mentioned every details with the post.
yesterday i received reply from

she asked me details of my product code ect. again.
i m happy about the reply i got after so long, but the inconvenience is that there is no system i found to reply on same page-
so that i m sending the new message- but how it possible the previous issue will connect with this ?
it is really difficult to connect direct to the technical support-
i am the customer but i want very easy easy access to reach with customer care-
in short i want mail adress only i m not interested in forum discussion -
so, this is request you please provide me e-mail address of your consumer care dept-
