About SAN Fabric Network

Hi Experts,

 Here i have scenario. like 

I have 2 SAN switches and one Host , the same host  have one 2 port HBA card.

In HBA card port 0 is connected to Switch 1 and port 1 is connected to Switch 2

And the Question is

" This is a Single Fabric or two different  Fabric"

If any body able help , that is a great help for me.
