Alert found on Top and Bottom Controller ports are unbalanced (Status Degraded)

 i found an alert  on my Dell Storage SCv2020 Alert found on Top and Bottom Controller ports are unbalanced (Status Degraded)

Have you tried to rebalance the ports?  Are both your controllers down or is just one controller showing as down?  You can rebalance the ports by selecting the controller and Right click, then select Rebalance local ports.
