Firmware update for AX150i
Hello, I have an AX150i with firmware versión 02.20.150.5.019. I have changed a faulted drive with a similar one (Hitachi HDS725050KLA360) buyed from a third party as Dell doesn't sell these disks anymore, but I get this message: "You have inserted unsupported disk drive(s) in the storage system. Please verify that all disk drives are SATA II. Click 'Dismiss' to acknowledge and dismiss this warning." The new disk is SATA II. As I said before, its model is the same as the original disks. I have readed some old threads about this problem, but none of them shows any solution. I want to try updating the firmware to the last versión available (at least 02.20.150.5.022) but I can't find any URL to download the firmware. Could you please help me? Kind regards,

Hi,
The drives need to be running our firmware, so you need to purchase them from us.

Thank you very much for your answer. Does Dell still sell 500 GB SATA II hard drives for the AX150i? Could you please tell me where can I buy these disks? I am from Spain.
Do you also know where can I download the last firmware version for the AX150i?
