How Get Tech Support?

I've been trying for months (literally) to download files from my Dell Data Safe account after one of my drives crashed.  Currently its' been running for over 2 days and keeps saying anywhere from 1 hour to 20 until done.  Is there a solution?  I would even pay for DVDs just to get my data back.  This has been a nightmare.

I'd start by asking in the desktop or laptop section or call Dell support (assuming you're still under warranty) and provide your desktop or laptop's service tag to the call director, but see if they have a support group for the Dell Data Safe solution.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have a similar situation. Been paying for Data Safe for years, finally need it with a crashed drive, and can't restore my data.

I want to cancel my contract and can't find the specific contact number to call.
