PPDM 19.10 Reporting Browser Engine

Has anyone seen upgraded to PPDM 19.10 or seen any documentation on how the new "reports browser" is supposed to work?  It's mentioned in the release notes, but I can't find any mention of how to use it in any of the 19.10 documents.
