SAN Headquarters Error
Hello,
I am getting the following error when trying to Launch SAN Headquarters 3.02.7457
Root element is missing.
System.Xml
at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseDocumentContent()
at System.Xml.XmlReader.MoveToContent()
at Microsoft.Xml.Serialization.GeneratedAssembly.XmlSerializationReaderServiceDescriptorCollection.Read4_ArrayOfServiceDescriptor()
I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before and had a solution for it?

Which version of san HQ are you trying to install? What is the error that you are getting when you are trying to install it?

Hi Sam
I am also getting same error as Melanie pointed out in the original thread.
I am running version 3.4.1.10279, which I just received to upgrade to. But it wouldnt upgrade from the previous version. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. but this error keeps popping as soon as I try to start the software

What is the current version of firmware that is on your EQL? What is the OS version that you are trying to install it on?
