I mean if i have backup files in my DD is there in way to copy this files to external Hard desk

Yes, but you have to use the appropriate tool provided by your backup software. If you are using Veeam, then you can create a repository with your USB, and then create a backup copy job taking the DataDomain-repo as a source and USB-repo as a target.
