DDBoost: How do I restore master in SQL Server?

I find a lot of generic docs that say how to backup every database and how to restore every database except for system databases. In particular I am interested in restore master from a DDBoost backup.

This is most likely because this part of system maint is more sql related topic.  Obviously you can't restore unless you have one in place already so either you first create bogus one or you copy it from some other box and then you restore it from backup.  I had this once with SQL 2005 I think.  I'm not sure if MS has changed something in the meantime, but I doubt they did.

If you are using DDBoost for Microsoft Applications then you will need to use the command line utility "ddbmsqlrc" to perform the restore of the master or any system databases. Let me know if you are using any other software to backup the SQL databases.
