Has anyone had a problem in changing the email notifications? I get an error; "...cannot reserved email address. I can't delete or rename.
"not fixed" is not helpful.

Can you try it from command line please:
sysadmin@DD01# autosupport show alert-summary
Alert summary is sent to:
autosupport del alert-summary emails email@example.com
Obviously, substitute the email for the one you would like to remove.
