How to remove a ddboost user from a ddboost storage unit
Hi
I am trying to clean up a ddboost storage-unit and remove the ddboost user.
However, when deleting the ddboost user, it's saying User cannot be removed because the user has assigned to a storage unit.
After ran the command 'ddboost user unassign xxxxx', I got error message below
**** Can not unassign ddboost user "xxxxx" because it owns storage-unit "xxxxxx"
Any ideas
Thanks,
Eric

Do you have ddboost another user assigned to this SU? If so, try to unassign one you wish to remove first.

I have run into this also. There is a Storage Unit I want to delete. I go under DD Boost>Storage Units and delete the Storage Unit I do not want anymore.. Then if I go to Settings I can see the old user has a Storage Unit Count of 0 but when I try to remove the user it says I can't because he is assigned to the Storage Unit I just deleted? The Storage Unit still exists under MTree if I do an Undelete but how does one really go about removing a Storage Unit and the associated user?
