Security Update for DDOS 5.4.2.1-423209
Hi,
I have a DS2500 with DDOS 5.4.2.1-423209 installed. Recently we have received an alert for QLG - An indication that the agent is in the process of being shut down.
QLG is a known virus. Is there any DDOS security update applicable to this virus?
Your help is appreciated.

QLG is a Windows virus. Please see
How To Remove Win32:Agent-QLG (Instructions)
The alert is generated by a Linux trap receiver configured to get traps from the DataDomain.

You should have received a letter a long time ago stating that 5.4 would go EOSL on 30th June 2017
5.5 went EOSL on 31st December 2017
5.6 will go EOSL 30th June (this month)
Data Domain does not run on Windows OS, you should recheck where the event came from.
I recommend you upgrade DDOS ASAP to ensure you continue to receive support for your DD2500.
