how to create a directory in DD
Hi,
I am new to DD and I need to create a directory to have our tsm backup go there.
like /DD_backup/xxxxx -
est capacity 400GB
Please help

Hi ,
I assume you are talking about create Separate Mtree for the TSM application .
You can create using the below command :
mtree command
You can get all the details in data domain admin guide .
The mtree path will be like : /data/col1/

is there any ls command .. I want to see the dir's in col1. just to see that my Partner has not created one.

Hi ,
mtree list --> Shows you the all the mtrees with Name, Pre-Comp (GiB), and Status .
