Create summary report to list Monthly backups with client and size

I just want to create a report that lists the backups and sizes - not detailed day by day in that month, rather a summary. It will be for a month's duration and scheduled to be emailed out monthly for the preceding month.

What is the best report to use or is it easier to just create one somehow as I only really need the clients and the sizes backed up.

I don't need a detailed report just a summarized monthly report of the clients and sizes.

I would also like a detailed report, day by day, of those same clients and back up size during the preceding month.
