DPA 6.1 Scheduled Report Issue

When I schedule the report and click "Save & Test" I receive the report in my inbox without issue, however, when scheduled to run the report I never receive them. There are no errors reported in the alerts area and the report does not appear under active reports.

I assume that my server settings are correct as I can receive the E-mails when testing, so maybe it's an issue with the schedule? Was just wondering if anyone else has run into this before.

I opened a ticket, but EMC did their usual "Send us your logs.. blah blah", so I'm not hopeful for a resolution soon.

I had that issue when we migrated from 5 to 6,

in 6 my reports that worked no longer emailed but I could test.

I ended up having to go remake the report.

it maybe a bug, what build version of DPA 6.1 are you using?

Is the schedule set to your time zone? By default it is set to EMEA timings.

This is an old-ish thread, but it might be worth checking out if you have a dynamic Smart Group as part of your run criteria.

I had a similar condition where it would first run generate a Smart Group ahead of a scheduled...and the Smart Group failed to populate, halting everything. None of this was referenced directly in the logs, curiously enough.

I have the same Problem EMC asked to update version 6.1.1 to 6.2.
