DPA hangs at EMC Data Protection Advisor service is starting. Please wait.
Last Friday night we ran our montlhly server patches (windows updates). After that DPA is failing to start (the server itself is up and running) and as such none of my custom reports are being sent out daily. We greatly rely on these reports.
Trying to open Data Protection advisor, or just going to https://DPA:9002/ the browser hangs at "EMC Data Protection Advisor service is starting. Please wait."
I have restarted both DPA services (EMC DPA Agent Service and EMC DPA Application Service) as well as restarting the DPA server with no results. Still the same error.
Can someone please provide assistance with this issue? I need to get DPA running as it was again.
