Is there any out of the box chargeback DPA report that work with Avamar

Is there any out of the box chargeback DPA report that work with Avamar ?

i was trying the following the out of the box report : Chargeback Total Cost of Data Retained on my Avamar and the result is just blanc.

checking Data Retained provided by Backup Client Occupancy is null.

what would be the right report then and why is this report do not exist out of the box with home product like DellEmc Avamar or Networker ?
