My Dell Back Up Recovery Premium wont work with Windows 10

After I installed Windows 10, my Dell Backup and Recovery Local Premium Edition Upgrade no longer works.

I keep getting optins to upgrade, and I dont know how to make my system detect that I already purchased this software from Clevebridge.

Does anyone know how I can sort this issue out. Many thanks
