Unsupported TPM version detected in this machine (2.0). OTP will be disabled.
Server is running 10.2.9
Client is 10.6
Machine is Dell Lattitude 7490
Errors I am seeing in logs:
Unsupported TPM version detected in this machine (2.0). OTP will be disabled.
I saw that @dell-dale p help a person previously. Maybe they can help here?

I hope today is treating you well so far!
This error message is entirely benign, and can be ignored.
Dell's Encryption Management Agent had a previous branch-application called "Dell Security Tools", which contained a mobile application that allowed one to have a One-time Password (OTP) for use to authenticate into Windows.
This functionality was not heavily used, and was subsequently End-of-Life'd, and is no longer available through either the Apple AppStore, Windows Store, or Google Play.
This message merely remains as a check that we have in-place, and is being removed in subsequent versions of the Dell Encryption Management Agent install.
