General availability release? Upgrade path from tech release
Hey, I'm liking what you're doing with OME. Keep up the good work!
Just wondering (I know I shouldn't ask) when GA is potentially around the corner? I only ask because I'm considering pushing the tech release out due to essentials annoying me at the moment. If it's right around the corner I may as well wait.
Also, if I do push tech release out will there be a supported upgrade path?

Hi thanks for the post and good words.
It looks like they are targeting "late summer" for the follow-on release. I suppose it depends on what part of the U.S. you live in :) for the seasons...
But the plan is to be able to upgrade from Tech Release to the new release.

Yeah, still best info I have is late summer (in North America)...before winter :)
They are feverishly working on it and just as excited to get posted. It will indeed support update from TechRelease to the new release as well.
