OpenMananage Enterprise port 9300 question
Trying to figure out why I'm seeing a lot of port 9300 connection attempts to 192.168.11.20 from the OpenManage Enterprise appliance. I don't have a 192.168.11.20 subnet/host/route. The firewall drops it but I see this quite often with numerous session attempts. I can't find any reference to 192.168.11.20 in the UI. Any ideas?

I get that as well.
It seems that port 9300 is related to Elasticsearch.

Hi folks,
I don't have an answer to this at the moment, but will dig and try to find out.
Thanks,

Rob,
My OpenManage Enterprise appliance is also having the same problem. The firewall is dropping several packets to the IP 192.168.11.20 port 9300.
Because of this, I can not do the host firmware update.
Are there any patches? Any workaround?
Thanks.

Hi Erico,
Yes, this has been confirmed as an issue and is being addressed in a followup release. I don't have any timeline at this point. In the meantime, if you needed to, you could open a ticket for tracking purposes.
Thanks for the post.

I'll put the phone number here, but I need to enter it in a goofy format since this forum software strips out a lot of numbers.
