Can I require 2 or 3 failures before an alert?

We get OME sending alerts any time a server reboots.  Is there any way that we can set OME to require a check to fail 2 or 3 times before sending an alert so that if it reboots and comes right back up a few minutes later it wouldn't send an alert?

We use nagios for some alerting and we can set that to require 2 or 3 failures before it alerts and we'd like to do something similar with OME.

Hi,

Currently OME does not support such a feature, though you can choose to Ignore Duplicate Alerts. What it does is that if an alert comes again within a certain time period, then OME will ignore that alert. But you will still get to see the first alert.

Well, that doesn't help.  We sometimes get blips where a server will report high power usage or something like that.  The error clears itself instantly but we still get the OME alert email from the initial problem even though it cleared a couple seconds later.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do it OME right now. I will put this feature request to the correct people.
