Dell OpenManage Essentials - iDrac download error

Hello,

I am having trouble updating BIOS on an ESXi host - other updates have gone ok, also restarted the host and reset iDRAC but we are still not able to update the BIOS, log shows:

I would go into the DRAC and look at the job queue. If a job is there, delete it, then restart the drac to get it to a fresh state. Then try re-running the 2.3.4 update from OME.

Yep.  There is also a setting on the screen right before the update job starts that has a checkbox to reset the iDRAC prior to the update.  Check out the tool tip there.  Also the Dell Troubleshooting tool might have an option to clear the job queue as a quick help.
