Issue after Open Mange Essentials 2.4 upgrade

Hi, After I upgraded OME from 2.1 to 2.4, all my devices were gone. I re-imported them but only 6 are reporting back inventory. The rest are showing "unknown". OME is on Windows 2008 R2. Help

Would you be able to confirm what version the BIOS and iDrac are, as well as if the iDrac was updated via a Dell update Package, or from the iDrac? Also, would be able to provide any screenshots you may have from the OME Troubleshooting Tool? 
It may help if you private message me the svc tag, so I understand the server, and hardware, we are working with.

I'm not familiar with the OME troubleshooting tool. I'll have to research how to use it.  I figured out the issue and know how to fix. The devices need to be updated to use a new community string. I had a snmp string mismatch between OME and what is on the idrac 7/8 network/services settings. I have a powershell module that uses an xml file to configure settings.
