I cannot do that as I am outside of the US (in Poland).
Few months ago I wanted to create request but I heard that as I am not in US they cannot help me
I had similar problem with duplicated MD storage units, go to discovery and inventory -> inventory discovery schedule.
Change the Name resolution from DNS to NetBios
yeah a ticket would be best so support can take a closer look.
Only other idea is to delete the discovery range that is associated with these MD arrays...confirm the MDs and duplicate MDs are all gone from the tree, and re-add, then re-disc/inv. Sometimes that helps.
