OME 2.3 on Windows Server 2016
I'm trying to install a fresh copy of OME 2.3 on a fresh Windows Server 2016. When I select to install all critical dependencies, it freezes on Installing IIS Role Services. The wheel stops spinning. I've tried this twice on two different fresh servers.
How can I troubleshoot this?

Hi, thanks for the query.
For digging further, please confirm:
1. WS 2016 OS version.
2. Does the system has Internet connectivity?
3. Does rebooting the server fixes the problem?

Thanks for the info.
Can you run following powershell command, then launch OME installer and see if problem gets resolved?
Install-WindowsFeature web-webserver,Web-Common-http,Web-App-Dev,web-asp,web-asp-net45,web-default-doc,web-isapi-ext,web-isapi-filter,web-filtering,web-security,web-stat-compression,web-server,web-basic-auth,web-windows-auth,web-url-auth,web-http-errors,web-mgmt-console,Web-Dyn-Compression,web-http-redirect

After running the powershell, it seems like IIS is now installed, so OME installer advanced a bit further but got stuck in a Not Responding state for over an hour. I rebooted, and then installed all the prerequisites manually. As you can see below, it looks ok now. But when I click Install Essentials, it still fails
