OpenManage Essentials 2.3 M600 discovery
Hi, is it possible to discover M600 blade server (M1000e with CMC 6.x) in OME inventory? If yes, how should I do this?

Hi, thanks for the query.
There are two ways to discover the modular servers in OME.
In discovery configuration,
1. Provide CMC (M1000e chassis) IP address and select "Chassis (CMC) Discovery - All Components" option on Device Type Selection. Then provide applicable WSMAN credentials (root user in most cases). This will result in discovering the chassis along with all the modular servers that are slotted inside it.
2. Provide server iDRAC IP address and select "iDRAC (server out of band)" option on Device Type Selection. Then provide applicable WSMAN credentials (root user in most cases). This will result in discovering the server.
