SA Enterprise Problem with OME

Hi, i can't bring the SA Enterprise and my OME together. I receive always an error, that the connector can't be setup. I saw that OME shows me the SA Version 1.2.1. Installed was the last one. So i uninstall all SA Components, but OME still show an installed Version 1.2.1 Any ideas how i can remove it and get the Connector working? Tnx Sergej

Hello

There are uninstall instructions on the Support Assist Enterprise support page. You can also find a compatibility matrix and other useful documentation. I suggest that you review the documentation to make sure the versions of OMEssentials and SupportAssist Enterprise are compatible.

Hi,

 

my Problem is, that there is no SupportAssist installation on the Server anymore. But OME shows it with an old Version. Couldn't find anything related in the documenations

We're not the smallest customer with more then 200 Servers and SC Systems.

It would be great if someone can support on this case
