Servers warranty
Hi guys,
today I have noticed that OME is not updating information about warranties. Normally it was working,
Proxy setting are correct, test results are fine.
Any idea what is going on?
OME v 2.1.0.2635

Hi Martijn,
I have exactly the same problem. OME do not see extended warranties.
This is something what DELL is going to fix soon?

Hi Lukasz,
Are the warranty reports empty or are you not getting extended warranties into OME?
There seems to be an issue with extended warranties and the way OME is parsing the API information.

The issue is not with OME but the way API provides the information. Keeping aside the technical side of it, we are working to get the correct teams involved and fix it. Will keep you posted on when it can happen.

Hi guys,
any updates?
Also I have noticed that OME is not refreshing information about driver updates. I did update server using SUU but OME is still showing that updates are require.
