Setup Multiple idrac7/8 to send traps to the OME Server

Team,

I looking for documentation about "Setup Multiple idrac7/8 to send traps to the OME Server".

I found this script :

racadm ‐r %1 ‐u %2 ‐p %3 config ‐g cfgipmilan ‐o cfgipmilanalertenable 1
racadm ‐r %1 ‐u %2 ‐p %3 eventfilters set ‐c idrac.alert.all ‐a none ‐n snmp
racadm ‐r %1 ‐u %2 ‐p %3 set idrac.snmp.alert.1.enable 1
racadm ‐r %1 ‐u %2 ‐p %3 set idrac.snmp.alert.1.destaddr %4

But he doesn't work with new Firmware 2.xx.xx !

It is possible to update documentation "How to configure iDRAC7 Alert Actions via OME" or to propose workaround ? Many Thx

Hey Martijn,

don't want to be a wiseguy but i've adjusted your script a bit for the use of iDRAC 8 new syntax.

Hmm just added the commands as far as i knew them. Just commeent them out.

Perhaps it's of use to someone.

Does this mean that you have to create 2 command line tasks in OME?
one for iDRACs with older firmware and one for iDRACs with the latest firmware version?
