I had email alerts working for warnings and critical errors but it stopped working around the time I installed the the OME 1.2.1
When I edit the alert actions and do a test email I get the test email fine so the email settings are correct.
Any ideas on how to fix this or if there is a log file where I can see if there are any errors?

There is some logging under Preferences | Email settings. Give that a try and see if that all looks correct.
So are you generating a test SNMP alert to confirm the behavior? Does the test alert match your email alert filter criteria, etc.?
