DRMInstaller_3.2.0.508_A00.exe will not install

Something removed the directory DRM 3.2 was installed in (Windows10).  So now I am trying to re-install DRM 3.2.  I have went into uninstall programs and removed DRM from there.

A window pops up on executing the installation file:

"One or more newer versions of the product are already installed. An upgrade is not applicable.

c:\Program Files\Dell\Dell EMC Repository Manager"

This directory does not exist on my Win10 PC.

What do I have to manually remove to get an installation working again, please?

Hello

I would start by restarting the system. Uninstall and repair operations may require a system restart to complete. If a previous installation is detected then it should show up when you run the executable installer. It should give you an option to repair or uninstall.

Thanks

Hi,

Please delete below folder, reboot and try installation again.

C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry

Let us know if it works.

Thanks,
