Have both HDMI and USB connected to 2710 and Acer T272HL touchscreen LED. Monitor works fine but touch does not work. Set up as extended display, tried all the tablet PC settings which do not work. Any help appreciated as I want the 2710 AND the external Acer touchscreen monitor to work as touch as well.
Thanks for posting.
When using multiple touchscreen displays in Windows 8.1 the touch may not work properly and require calibration. Use the following steps to calibrate each touchscreen display independently:
Press the Windows key + C to open your Charms., then select Search.
Tap or click Settings, and then type Tablet PC Settings.
In the search results, select Tablet PC Settings.
In the Tablet PC Settings dialog box, choose the Display you want to configure.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Repeat steps 4-6 for each additional touchscreen display.
