4gb ram limit in Inspiron 530s?
Hello. I've been wanting to upgrade the ram in my inspiron 530s and I've read online that the limit for the 530s is 4gb. However, I have also read that it is possible to have up to 8gb ram if I am running 64-bit and my BIOS version is 1.0.12 or later. Is this true?
If so, what kind of ram would you recommend getting.

The Inspiron 530s ORY007 motherboard will only support 4gb of RAM, for 8gb you need a 0FM586 motherboard, that is installed in the high end Inspiron 530 Mini Tower.
