6 year old am3 dell pc with non-standard heatsink instalation method, need new cpu cooler

I cannot upgrade it because instead of the stock am3 heatsink bracket i cannot install one, found a bracket online at this link and was wondering if it would work, the model number of the  pc is the inspiron 570.
