HERE is the popular HD 4650 which is a much better performing card that already comes with the low profile bracket installed so you can see what it looks like.

Here is a far more capable card for a very similar price.

Note the many positive reviews of people who use this card with Dell slim line cases.

Yes, the card is fine.  You just need to make sure you are getting a low profile bracket since you have a slimline case as it is shown with the full size bracket and won't fit.  It is the right low profile type video card, but you just need to change the bracket.  If you click on the compatibility link, it will not show the 537s because most likely it does not come with the bracket but I can't say for sure.

HERE is one the comes with the bracket as you can see in the pictures.

which card would be best for gaming. the HD 4650 or the HD 4550? the 4550 says it has GDDR3, so does that mean it would be better for gaming?

I just editing my previous post.  Look at the picture in the link that shows what is in the box and you will see that it comes with low profile brackets that you have to change over to.

While the 4550 does have GDDR3, it only has 80 shaders vs the 4650's 320.  Also the 4650 we pointed out to you has 128 bit memory, so even though it is DDR2, it will still have more bandwidth than the 64 bit GDDR3.  The 4650 also has 4 times the texture units and double the Raster operators.  What does all that mean?  Not sure exactly, but I know it means the 4650 kicks the 4550 when it comes to gaming.  The 4670 kicks the 4650 with the GDDR3 and identical 128 bit memory, with all other factors the same.  But I don't think the 4670 is offered in a low profile card, and if so, would probably be more expensive.  Bottom line 4350< 4550<4650<4670.  For the low profile user, the 4650 jmichael and I both hit on seems to be the way to go.
