Adding 2nd video card
I want to use dual monitors. I bought a Y-splitter, but all that does is show the same thing on both screens. I believe I need to install a second video card. According to manual, I have a pci express x16 card slot open and a pci express X1 card slot. Is it possible to use either one of these and would you recommend a card.

When posting on the forum please include your computer model and the OS installed. If you want to add one of these cards in your computer you will need to know how much power is needed for adding a card. Sometimes adding another video card to your system you will need to upgrade the power supply. to meet the video cards specs.
