All in one 2350 - touch screen no longer works

The touch drivers are suddenly gone for what ever reason. I see many many many peole have experienced the same thing, but no real solutions have been offered by Dell, However, most of the posts are 6 months old so I hope a solution has come up in the meanwhile.  Any news, thank you.

Also what the Operating system installed. Win 7 or 8 or 8.1?

Was the operating system reinstalled recently? Did you try any steps to resolve the situation? List them
