Audio problem Inspiron 660

Hello everybody!


After Windows 10 update in my computer, the sound does not work.

Audio driver is Conexant Audio smart HD.


How can I fix this problem?

You need DirectX June 2010 run in Adminstrator and Compatability mode.

You download file and extract to folder call it DX10 and run DXsetup.exe after its unpacked as adminstrator .

You then have to re enable legacy direct play and Dot net  2.0 3.5

from control panel,  programs and features, turn windows features on and off.   This has to be done while online because it will complain about not having the files and will need to download them.

Then Reinstall the Audio Driver in compatibility mode as administrator.
