Battery never charges above 10%
Alienware Aurora 5
My battery never charges above 10% and is at 0% or close to 0 most of the time. Desktop is always plugged in, the power supply diagnostic test passed. Originally was plugged in to a UPS/surge protector, tried plugging directly into an outlet, does not appear to have changed anything. The computer has shut down a few times even though it is plugged in - it does start right back up.

The battery is bad and must be replaced.

Be sure to mention version of Windows...
