Better graphic card list for my dimension 9150 for video editing
Hi there,
I'm using Dimention 9150 Desktop.
It's been getting problem when I try to use video editing software such as After Effect / Adobe Premiere.
My graphic card is ATI Radeon x300 se 128mb hypermemory and wondered whether anyone could suggest
which graphic card (or any other hardware) to speed up my old PC?
I've upgraded ram to 3GB.
Operating system is XP 32
intel r pentium 4 cpu 3.00ghz

Getting a new video card probably won't speed up an old computer. If you want to speed it up, buy a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system on it for a fresh start. You will have to reinstall all your software and programs though. If you want a video card, you could try something like the new HD 5670 HERE. It would be superior to the very old X300 and be no problem for your video editing software.

Re-installing process sounds too much time to do as I'm currently working on my uni project with tight deadline...
So can you please let me know if I upgrade my graphic card to the one you have suggested, what will it improve?
Or are there any other options to speed up my PC?
