I got my Dell studio 15 in INDIA on sep 2009. I'm in UK now. I'm experiencing blue screen errors and system restarts automatically. The blue screen information tells about the crash dump and dumping physical memory. I've reinstalled my windows last month, but still the problem occurs. It's very annoying. Could anyone tell me the proper solution for this problem.

The "ssmdrv.sys" error can be anything from malware to Avira antivirus problem to some driver. Do a google search and you wil get lots of information on that error.
If you need further assistance, repost in the LAPTOP section of the forum, as you have posted in the Desktop section. Also, when you repost, along with the PC Model number, include the Operating System as it can make a difference for someone to assist you.
