Bluetooth not working in WIN 8

                bluetoth  not working  in WIN 8 PRO             ...Installed  latest  driver  for  INS  3421  i5 4gb ( Dell Wireless 1703 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz) .....After it didn't work      I   installed  Qualcomm Atheros  driver    but also it didn't  work 

Both  were also installed in win 7  compatibility  mode

We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you. Kindly post the screenshot for your device manager if any bluetooth devices are installed then kindly expand them and then take a screenshot.

Please provide us this information so that we can be in a better position to understand and resolve this issue.
