My Optiplex 3050 is not working, it says no bootable devices are found. What can I do?
What OS? Have you ran the Dell F12 preboot diagnostics?
3050 or 3050 All-In-One? And if not the AIO, which form factor 3050 do you have, tower, micro or small form..?
Do you have a RAID setup with 2 hard drives, or 1 hard drive and a small SSD cache drive?
When was last time you changed motherboard battery? The default SATA Operation mode in BIOS setup is RAID ON for all versions of the 3050. So if the battery died, that SATA setting would have reverted to the default RAID ON, even if you don't have a RAID setup. And in that case, you'd get the "No bootable devices" message.
So if you don't have RAID, change the motherboard battery, and then set BIOS to AHCI and see if it boots now...
