Any Socket 478 Northwood or Prescott P-4 processor, will work in the B110/1100, with an FSB specification up to 800 MHz.

The maximum memory the B110/1100 supports is, 2gb.  

Note: For maximum performance, the memory should be installed in matching pairs.

Thanks for the replies, I found a 9500GT in PCI. Also there is a NVIDIA 6200 X2 1GB card.

You cannot use any PCI Express cards in the B110, only PCI.
