CPU
Have a Dell 4600 w/ 4cpu, 2.66 GHz and running 1.25 GB ram. CPU is running high and puter running slow. What do I need to do to improve this?

Buy a newer computer. Any upgrades to this system would not be economical.
My Local Used Computer Shop Sell's Optiplex 620 3.0Ghz and faster for $99.
Microcenter has used Computers with XP for $100 and with windows 7 for $200 and Brand New Machines for
$300 and up.

The Dimension 4600 is a obsolete system, but adding more RAM should help and maybe an AGP graphics card.
