Can I delete Recovery Partition
I plan to use Norton Ghost to backup my new Studio 1555. I also plan to partition the drive to separate the OS and Apps from the data archive. Can I safely delete the Recovery Partition? Is there anything I need to do first?

If you are cloning the drive with Ghost, IMO you can then do what you want. I would not lose that recovery partition data on the back up in case you need it some day.
